Historical Center
Among the renovations that were made to the Centro Histórico center are: the main garden, the esplanade of the Plaza de Juárez, the facade of the Municipal Presidency and the portals of the main streets. It has a boardwalk overlooking the sea. The design of the remodeling of this Mediterranean-style Historic Center is the work of the architect José Luis Ezquerra de la Colina, who designed the Las Hadas Resort, managing to locate Manzanillo on the world map as a Tourist Destination. It also has extensive beaches in the two bays and the Malecón overlooking the sea.
Sailfish
The transformation of the Historical Center is a fact. From a distance we receive the impressive sculpture of Pez Vela, the work of the artist Sebastián. It is 25 meters high, 30 meters wide and weighs 70 tons. It looks magnificent on the main garden terrace, remodeled in this first stage already built.
Salahua Beach
Of regular swell, moderate slope and sand with medium texture, in this beach you can practice bottom fishing with hook to catch red snapper, snapper and other smaller species.
